There is no account to create, no email to hand over and no identity check. We hold your Telegram identifier, the addresses you give us, and your order history — and the blockchain holds a permanent public record of every delegation, which nobody can delete.
The short version
We collect as little as the service can run on. What we hold exists so that your balance is yours, your orders reach the right address, and support can help you when something goes wrong. We do not sell data, we do not profile you, and we do not run advertising.
Scope
This policy covers the EliteEnergy Telegram bot and this website. It does not cover Telegram itself, the TRON network, your wallet, or any exchange or block explorer you use alongside the service — each of those is operated by someone else, under their own policy.
What we process
These are the categories of information involved in providing the service.
Telegram account identifiers
Your Telegram user ID, and your username and display name where your Telegram settings make them visible to the bot. Telegram supplies these automatically when you start a conversation with a bot; we do not choose them and cannot see anything your privacy settings hide.
WhyIt is the only identifier the service has. It links you to your balance and your order history.
TRON addresses you provide
Every public TRON address you enter as a recipient for delegated energy.
WhyEnergy has to be delegated somewhere. Stored addresses also let the bot offer your recent ones again and let support diagnose a misdirected order.
Deposit and balance information
The deposit address issued to you, deposits credited to it, and your current TRX balance.
WhyTo credit what you send, charge what you order, and refund what fails.
Order and rental records
For each order: the energy amount, the price charged, the recipient address, the timestamp, the resulting transaction identifier, and whether it succeeded.
WhyTo deliver the order, show your history, resolve disputes, and issue refunds.
Support messages
Messages you send to the bot or to our support account, and our replies.
WhyTo answer you, and to keep a record of what was agreed if a question is reopened later.
Technical and operational logs
Records generated as the service runs — errors, failed deliveries, and activity patterns used to detect abuse.
WhyTo keep the service working and to protect it and its users from abuse.
IP and device information
Where you use this website, technical information including your IP address and browser or device details may be recorded in server logs.
WhySecurity, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies for advertising, profiling or tracking.
This website uses cookies or equivalent storage that are necessary for it to function. Where any non-essential cookie is used, we ask for your consent first and you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not run website analytics.
We use a website analytics provider to understand how the site is used in aggregate. It tells us which pages are visited and how people arrive — it does not identify you personally and is not connected to your Telegram account or your orders.
What we never ask for
These are structurally outside the service. We cannot ask for them because the product does not use them:
- Your private key or seed phrase.
- A wallet connection or a signature approval.
- Identity documents, selfies, or KYC verification.
- Your legal name, postal address or date of birth.
We also never contact you first to ask for funds or credentials. Any message that does is an impersonation attempt — report it to support.
Why we process it
Every purpose we process for is one of these:
- Providing the service — crediting deposits, charging orders, delegating energy, showing your history.
- Support — answering your questions and investigating orders.
- Refunds and disputes — checking what happened and putting it right.
- Security and abuse prevention — protecting the service and its users.
- Legal obligations — where a law that applies to us requires it.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, to score you, or to make automated decisions with legal effects.
Our legal basis
Where data protection law applies to you, we rely on the performance of our agreement with you for everything needed to deliver an order, on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and functioning for logs and abuse prevention, on your consent where consent is required, and on legal obligation where a law compels us.
Blockchain data is public
This deserves its own section because it is the part people misunderstand.
Energy delegation is an on-chain transaction. The addresses involved, the amounts, and the timestamps are written to the public TRON blockchain, where they are permanently visible to anyone in the world and are not under our control. The same applies to deposits you send us.
We cannot edit, hide or delete blockchain records — and neither can you. A deletion request removes your records from our systems; it has no effect on the blockchain. Treat any address you use with the service as public information, and be aware that addresses can often be linked to each other through on-chain analysis.
Telegram's role
The bot runs on Telegram, so your messages travel through Telegram's infrastructure before they reach us and are subject to Telegram's own privacy policy as well as this one. We see the messages you send to the bot; Telegram's handling of your account is a matter between you and Telegram.
Who we share with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. Information is disclosed only in these situations:
- Infrastructure providers that host and secure the service, acting on our instructions and only as needed to run it.
- The TRON network, which necessarily receives the recipient address and amount in order to settle a delegation — this is public, as described in section 08.
- Legal disclosure, where a valid legal request or an obligation that applies to us requires it.
Where data is processed
The service is delivered over the internet and may be hosted or supported from a country other than your own. Where information moves across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are retained for , after which they are deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period and then discarded.
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for — account and order records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so that refunds, disputes and legal obligations can be dealt with, and technical logs for a shorter period. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Blockchain records are permanent and outside this process, as described in section 08.
Security
Access to order and account data is restricted to the systems and people that need it, and is protected by technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but the design limits the damage: there are no keys in our custody, no tokens of yours in our custody, and no identity documents to leak.
The largest practical risk to you is not our database. It is someone impersonating our bot or our support account. Always verify the handle.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your records (see section 15).
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
- Ask for your information in a portable form.
- Withdraw consent where we relied on it.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, contact us from the same Telegram account — it is how we verify that a request is yours.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your records at any time. Deletion removes your balance, your stored addresses and your order history from our systems, and it cannot be undone — so withdraw any remaining balance first.
Two limits apply. We may need to retain limited records where a law that applies to us requires it. And blockchain records of past delegations cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
Stopping or blocking the bot ends further processing, but does not by itself delete records already held. Ask for deletion explicitly.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process information about children. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the associated records.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Where a change is significant, we will make it known through the bot. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

For any question about your data, or to make a request under section 14, contact us from the Telegram account you use with the bot.
