EliteEnergy sells a network resource, not an investment. Energy is delivered by an on-chain transaction that cannot be reversed, and the address you enter is the address that receives it. Read the Risk Disclosure alongside these terms.
Introduction and acceptance
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and EliteEnergy covering your use of our Telegram bot, this website, and any energy rental you purchase through them. By starting the bot, depositing TRX, or placing an order, you accept these terms.
If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Definitions
- Service
- The EliteEnergy Telegram bot, this website, and the energy rental function they provide.
- Energy
- A resource of the TRON network consumed when a smart contract executes, including TRC-20 transfers such as USDT.
- Delegation
- The on-chain action by which energy is made available to a TRON address for a period of time.
- Order
- A request you submit through the bot for a stated amount of energy to a stated address.
- Balance
- The TRX credited to you inside the bot after a deposit confirms, used to pay for orders.
- Recipient address
- The public TRON address you nominate to receive delegated energy.
- TRON network
- The public TRON blockchain, operated by its validators and governance — not by us.
Eligibility
You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are permitted to use a service of this kind under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for determining whether that is the case where you live.
You must not use the service if you are subject to sanctions, or located in a jurisdiction where using it would be unlawful.
The Telegram bot and your account
The service is accessed through Telegram. Your identity within the service is your Telegram account, and your balance and order history are linked to it. We do not issue separate credentials, and there is no password to recover.
You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account. Anyone with access to it can place orders against your balance. If you lose access to your Telegram account, we may be unable to restore your balance or history.
Only the official bot account is ours. Impersonating bots and support accounts are common on Telegram — verify the handle before depositing anything.
What EliteEnergy does — and who does what
It matters that you understand where our responsibility begins and ends. Five separate parties are involved in a rental, and we are only one of them.
- EliteEnergy accepts your order, charges your balance, and submits a delegation transaction to the TRON network.
- The TRON network validates and settles that transaction, and defines what energy is, what it costs, and how much a transfer requires. We neither operate nor control it, and we cannot alter or reverse anything it has recorded.
- Telegram provides the messaging platform the bot runs on. It is an independent company with its own terms and its own availability.
- Your wallet holds your keys and signs your transactions. We have no access to it and cannot move your funds.
- Third-party exchanges, wallets and explorers you use alongside the service are independent of us.
EliteEnergy is not a wallet, an exchange, a broker, a custodian, or a financial institution. We do not hold your USDT or other tokens, and we do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Energy rental and delegation
When you place an order, we delegate energy to the recipient address you specify, for the duration stated at purchase. Delegation is a standard TRON network operation: it grants the use of a resource to an address, and it does not give us — or anyone else — the ability to move assets held by that address.
Energy is delegated to the address you enter. It is not transferable to another address afterwards, and it cannot be converted back into TRX.
TRX deposits and your balance
Orders are paid from a TRX balance held inside the bot. You fund it by sending TRX to the deposit address the bot gives you. Your balance is credited once the network confirms the deposit.
Deposits are irreversible. Sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network, or sending to an address other than the one the bot issued to you may result in permanent loss that we cannot recover on your behalf.
Pricing
The price of each rental is shown in the bot before you confirm. Prices are quoted in TRX and may change at any time, including in response to conditions on the TRON network. The price that applies to an order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm it.
Prices published on this website are indicative. The bot is the authoritative source.
Placing an order
To place an order you select an amount of energy and provide a recipient address. You are responsible for both. Confirming an order authorises us to charge your balance and to submit the corresponding delegation.
How much energy a transfer needs is determined by the TRON network and by the state of the receiving wallet — not by us. Requirements can change. If you order less energy than your transaction consumes, the shortfall is charged by the network to the sending wallet in TRX.
Order processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within seconds of confirmation. We do not guarantee any specific delivery time. Delivery depends on the TRON network accepting and confirming the transaction, which is outside our control and can be affected by congestion, resource limits, and network upgrades.
A completed order returns a transaction identifier. That identifier, and the record on the TRON blockchain, is the definitive evidence of what was delivered and when.
Rental duration and expiry
Energy is rented for the period stated at purchase and expires automatically at the end of it. Unused energy is not refundable, cannot be extended or carried over, and is not exchangeable for TRX or any other asset.
It is your responsibility to make your transaction within the rental period.
Failed orders and refunds
If an order is charged but energy is not delivered to the recipient address, the amount charged is returned to your balance.
Refunds are not available where the service performed as ordered. That includes, in particular:
- Energy delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
- Energy delivered to a receiving wallet when the sending wallet needed it.
- A rental that expired before you made your transaction.
- An order for less energy than your transaction required.
- A transaction that failed for reasons unrelated to energy, such as an insufficient token balance or a wallet or network error.
If you believe an order failed and has not been refunded, contact support with the order details.
Cancellation
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted to the TRON network, because the underlying transaction cannot be recalled. Where an order has been confirmed but not yet submitted, contact support immediately; we will cancel it if it is still possible to do so, but we cannot promise that it will be.
Your responsibilities
Using the service safely depends on you. You are responsible for:
- The recipient address. Check it character by character. Energy delegated to the wrong address is gone, and we cannot retrieve it.
- Sending versus receiving wallet. Energy must go to the wallet that signs the transaction. Sending it to the destination wallet will not help your transfer.
- The amount. Confirm what your transaction actually requires before ordering.
- Your deposits. Correct asset, correct network, correct address.
- Your Telegram account security, and verifying that you are talking to the official bot.
- Your own legal and tax position in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service to facilitate activity that is unlawful where you are, to launder proceeds of crime, to evade sanctions, or to fund terrorism. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems, nor use automated means to abuse pricing, promotions or support.
You must not resell or provide access to the service in a way that misrepresents it as your own, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
We may decline orders, withhold delivery, suspend a balance, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.
Blockchain and network risk
The service depends on a public blockchain that we do not control. TRON network parameters — including the energy cost of a transfer, delegation rules, and resource pricing — are set by the network and its governance, and can change without notice. Congestion, forks, outages and protocol upgrades can delay or prevent delivery.
Transactions recorded on the TRON blockchain are permanent and cannot be edited, reversed or deleted by us, by you, or by anyone else. The Risk Disclosure sets these risks out in full and forms part of these terms.
Third-party services
Telegram, TRON, wallet providers, exchanges and block explorers are independent third parties. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security or conduct, and their terms apply to your use of them.
Wallet names shown on our website indicate compatibility with TRON addresses. They do not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be limited or suspended for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where we are unable to deliver an order, section 12 applies.
No guarantee of transaction success or savings
We do not guarantee that your transaction will succeed. Renting energy covers one input to a transaction. A transfer can still fail for reasons that have nothing to do with energy, including bandwidth, token balance, contract behaviour, wallet errors, or network conditions.
We do not guarantee savings. Whether renting energy costs less than allowing the network to consume TRX depends on the energy price at the time, how much energy your transaction needs, how often you transact, and what alternative you compare against. Any figures, calculators or examples on our website are illustrative estimates based on assumptions stated alongside them, not offers, predictions or promises. Actual costs vary.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, trading losses, or loss arising from a transaction that failed, was delayed, or was sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your breach of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the service.
Intellectual property
The EliteEnergy name, branding, website, interface, copy and design are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use them only as needed to use the service. You may not copy, adapt, or present them as your own.
This does not restrict your rights in your own data, addresses or transactions.
Developer API
Where we grant access to a programmatic interface, it is subject to these terms and to any additional conditions we set at the time, including rate limits and permitted use. Credentials are personal to you and must be kept secure; you are responsible for all activity under them. We may modify, rate-limit, suspend or withdraw API access.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, suspend or remove features, tiers, prices and rental durations at any time. Where a change materially affects orders you have already paid for, we will honour those orders or refund them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops or the law requires. The date shown at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not, stop using the service and withdraw any remaining balance.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, where we are required to by law, or where continuing would expose us or other users to material risk.
On termination, sections that by their nature should survive — including liability, indemnity, intellectual property and governing law — continue to apply. We will return any remaining balance to you unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Governing law, disputes and contact
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the service, are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer where you live.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the service, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of EliteEnergy is established, subject to any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer where you live.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues are resolved in the same chat as your orders, and having your order details ready makes that faster.
