Wrong address. Energy goes where you send it and cannot be recalled. Wrong wallet. Energy must go to the wallet that signs the transaction, not the one receiving your USDT. Expired rental. Energy lasts for the stated period and then it is gone.
None of these three are refundable, because in each case the service delivered exactly what was ordered.

This notice describes risks associated with using EliteEnergy and with transacting on the TRON network. It is not exhaustive — no risk disclosure can be — and it does not replace your own judgement or professional advice. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

EliteEnergy does not provide investment, financial, trading, tax or legal advice. Nothing on our website, in the bot, or in any message from us is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, or to enter into any transaction.
We sell a network resource. What you do with it is your decision, made on your own assessment.
No guarantee of savings
We do not guarantee that renting energy will cost you less than any alternative. Whether it does depends on the energy price at the time, how much energy your transaction actually requires, how often you transact, and what you are comparing against.
Calculators, comparisons and example figures on our website are illustrative estimates based on assumptions stated alongside them. They are not quotes, predictions or promises, and real costs vary with network conditions. Treat any figure as an example, not an outcome.
No guarantee of transaction success
Energy is one input to a TRON transaction. Having enough of it does not guarantee your transaction will succeed. Transfers can still fail because of insufficient bandwidth, an insufficient token balance, contract conditions, wallet software errors, or network state at the moment of broadcast.
We deliver energy. We do not send your transaction, and we have no visibility of or control over it.
We do not control the TRON network
TRON is a public blockchain operated by its validators and governed by its own processes. We are a user of it, like you. We do not set its rules, its fees, its resource model or its availability, and we cannot alter, accelerate, reverse or delete anything it records.
Changes to the protocol or its parameters can affect how the service works, what it costs, or whether it can operate at all — and can happen without notice to us or to you.
Energy prices can change
The cost of energy on the TRON network is not fixed. Network governance and market conditions can move it, sometimes sharply. Our prices reflect those conditions and may change at any time, including between one order and the next.
The price that applies to your order is the one shown in the bot at the moment you confirm it.
Energy requirements can change
How much energy a transfer consumes is determined by the network and by the state of the receiving wallet — most notably whether it has held that token before. These requirements are set by the protocol and by contract behaviour, and they can change.
Guidance about typical amounts is exactly that: guidance. If your transaction needs more energy than you rented, the network charges the difference to your sending wallet in TRX, or the transaction fails.
Congestion and delay
Blockchain networks can become congested. When TRON is under load, transactions — including our delegations — may confirm slowly or not at all. Any timing described anywhere on our website reflects normal conditions and is not a guarantee.
Plan for the possibility that a delivery is slower than usual, particularly if your transfer is time-sensitive.
Transactions are irreversible
Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. Once a delegation or a deposit is confirmed on the TRON network, it is permanent. There is no chargeback, no reversal, no support intervention, and no authority that can restore it — not us, not the network, not anyone.
Check everything before you confirm. That is the only protection that exists.
Incorrect addresses
Energy is delegated to the exact address you provide. If you enter an address that is wrong — mistyped, copied from the wrong field, pasted from a clipboard that was altered by malware — the energy goes there and is lost to you.
We cannot retrieve it, redirect it, or refund it, because the order was fulfilled as instructed. Verify the first and last characters of every address, and verify the whole string when it matters.
Sending versus receiving wallet
This is the single most common mistake. Energy is consumed by the wallet that signs the transaction, not the wallet that receives the tokens. Delegating energy to your recipient does nothing for your transfer.
Always send energy to the wallet you are sending from.
Deposit risk
Deposits must be made in the correct asset, on the correct network, to the address the bot issued to you. Sending a different token, using a different chain, or sending to any other address can result in permanent loss that we are unable to recover.
Deposits sent from certain smart contracts or from some exchange withdrawal systems may also fail to credit correctly. When in doubt, send a small test amount first.
Rentals expire
Rented energy is available for the period stated at purchase and then returns to the network automatically. Unused energy is not refundable, not extendable and not exchangeable.
If you rent energy and then delay your transfer past the rental period, you will need to rent again.
Smart contract and protocol risk
TRC-20 tokens such as USDT are smart contracts. Their behaviour is defined by their own code and by their issuers, who may have the ability to pause transfers, freeze balances or upgrade contract logic. Bugs and vulnerabilities can exist in any contract or protocol, including ones widely considered reliable.
These are risks of the ecosystem you are transacting in. They are outside our control and outside our responsibility.
Third-party wallets and exchanges
Wallets, exchanges, custodians and block explorers are independent third parties. They can suffer outages, bugs, security incidents, policy changes and account freezes. Some exchange accounts do not support delegated energy in the way you expect, or handle resources internally in ways you cannot influence.
Compatibility listed on our website means an address type works with delegation. It is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a warranty about that provider.
Dependence on Telegram
The service is delivered through Telegram, which is operated by a third party. If Telegram is unavailable, blocked in your country, or restricts the bot, you may be unable to place orders or reach support — regardless of the state of our own systems or your balance.
Service interruption
The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical failure, security incidents, network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and you should not rely on the service being available at a specific moment for a time-critical transfer.
Price volatility
TRX and other cryptoassets are volatile. The value of a balance held in the bot can rise or fall in terms of any other currency, and we do not hedge, protect or compensate for that movement. A balance is held in TRX, not in a stable unit of account.
Hold only what you intend to spend on rentals.
Regulatory uncertainty
The legal treatment of cryptoassets and related services differs by country and continues to change. Rules that apply to you may change, and changes in law or enforcement may affect the availability of the service in your jurisdiction, or make your use of it unlawful.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the law that applies to you, including any tax obligations.
Impersonation and fraud
Fake bots, cloned support accounts and impersonators are a persistent problem across Telegram-based crypto services. We will never message you first to request funds, credentials, a seed phrase or a private key, and we will never ask you to move assets to a "verification" address.
Verify the bot and support handles before you send anything. If a message asks for something this policy says we never ask for, it is not us.
